  • My name is Megan Justice, and I am a Speech-Language Pathologist, co-founder, and co-owner of Step By Step Pediatric Therapy.

I embarked on this journey because I have a passion for working with children and their families to build communication skills. The ability to communicate is fundamental to an individual’s quality of life.

I attended the University of Nebraska Lincoln where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders and later my Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. I received my Certificate of Clinical Competence in 2015 from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association. This is a nationally recognized credential which I continue to maintain annually.

I have worked with pediatric clients in a variety of settings including the public schools, tele-therapy, and clinic based settings. In these settings, I worked with a variety of speech-language disorders from birth through early adulthood.

I believe partnering with parents is the key to making progress. I am motivated by working with children and their families to build communication skills.

I look forward to working with you and your child, step by step, as they develop their speech and language skills!
